Police release CCTV images of stealing offences in Minden

POLICE have released CCTV still images of two men who may be able to assist with investigations in relation to two stealing offences in Minden.

Initial investigations indicate that around 10pm on May 30 a vehicle pulled up at a secure construction site on the Warrego Highway, Minden where two men allegedly loaded items believed to be star pickets into the rear of a utility and drove away.

The vehicle was sighted a second time on June 10 at another construction site on the Warrego Highway approximately 200 metres westbound from Two Tree Hill Rd.

Workers at the site called police after discovering a smashed window at the mobile site office and two padlocks missing on a shipping container and a chemical shed.

A large quantity of equipment and tools were removed from the shipping container and chemicals, diesel and petrol were removed from the chemical shed.

Police are appealing for anyone that may have information in relation to these incidents to contact Crime Stoppers.
