Police still searching for woman

POLICE have continued the search for missing Beechmont woman Tina Greer today.

At 9am police from Southern Region, assisted by detectives from State Crime Operations Command, the stock squad and members of the State Emergency Service continued searching the western area of the car park, opposite Governor's Chair.

The search includes bushland and other parts of Governor's Chair and either side of Spicer's Gap Road.

Police are urging anyone who visited the Governor's Chair lookout at Clumber between January 18 and 22 to contact police.

Ms Greer was last seen in the Beechmont area at 2pm on Wednesday January 18.

Initial information suggests the 32-year-old was travelling to the Aratula area, near Lake Moogerah in a 2003 model maroon Holden Commodore sedan, QLD registrations 067 MDE.

It is possible the vehicle may have travelled through the Boonah, Aratula and Moogerah areas and police would like to speak to anyone who may have any information in relation to Ms Greer's disappearance or any sightings of this vehicle since Wednesday January 18, 2012.

Ms Greer is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 178cms tall with a proportionate build, blue eyes and shoulder length blonde hair.

At the time of her disappearance she was wearing a floral skirt, an orange off-the-shoulder top and leather slip-on sandals. Ms Greer has a distinctive coloured tattoo of a snake and flowers on the top of her left hand .
