Prison murder case moved

A PRISONER charged with murder has had his case moved to the Supreme Court at Rockhampton.

Crown prosecutor Joshua Phillips presented an indictment yesterday formally charging Ryan Edward Dwyer with the murder of Jayde Biddulph.

Mr Biddulph died of head injuries at the Capricornia Correctional Centre on December 16, 2009.

Justice Duncan McMeekin adjourned the case until Monday.
