Rain this afternoon for Rocky

THE Bureau of Meteorology is expecting some light rain for Rockhampton this afternoon as a storm trough moves across the state.

"The way the showers and storms are being steered I'd say there's a good chance that Rockhampton might be on the edge and may get some light showers," a spokesman from the bureau said today.

Any rain this afternoon will only be light.

The bureau has forecasted more wet weather for the region tomorrow with the chance of a shower during the day.

The most rainfall in Central Queensland today has been at Moura where 13mm fell.

Other areas recorded less than 10mm.
