Redbank Plains tavern robbed at gunpoint

DETECTIVES are investigating following the armed robbery of a tavern in Redbank Plains overnight.

Around 12am, two men have entered the tavern on Redbank Plains Road and one produced what appeared to be a rifle.

They have made demands to staff for money and the employees have complied and handed the men a sum of cash.

The men have then fled the business and were last seen on Redbank Plains Road.

No one was physically injured during the robbery.

Investigations are continuing.
