Reports of children hassling parents outside childcare

10.50am: THERE are reports of a group of youth yelling and abusing parents outside a childcare centre in Norman Gardens.

There are no further details available at this point in time.

8.55am: REPORTS are circulating on social media a group of youths are hassling customers and staff in the Stockland Rockhampton undercover carpark. 

There are reports children aged between eight and 12 have allegedly thrown glass bottles at cars, and elderly shoppers, have attempted to steal handbags from people and have been verbally harassing passers-by.
