Multiple cars burnt in fire at property south of Rocky

Tuesday 9am: A NUMBER of cars were burnt out in a fire at a property late yesterday.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said QFES were called at 5.10pm to attend a property on Upper Ulam Rd, Bajool, with reports cars were on fire.

She said the fire crews - two urban and one rural - could see black smoke in the distance as they approached the fire.

Fire crews found multiple vehicles on fire upon arrival and after speaking with the property owner, let the cars burn out as there was no threat to property.

The fire was under control by 6.50pm and the last fire crew left shortly afterwards.

Monday 5.53pm: EMERGENCY services are at the scene of a fire near Bajool.

There is limited information available, but there have been reports of multiple cars on fire at a property on Upper Ulam Rd.

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services are at the scene.
