Rocky stops to remember

ABOUT 100 people turned out at Rockhampton’s Remembrance Day service at the Frenchville Sports Club today.

The service, one of many across the region, was attended by Member for Capricornia Kirsten Livermore and regional councillors, including deputy mayor Rose Swadling and Graeme Brady.

Capricornia RSL sub-branch president Ron King told those gathered not to confine their thoughts to just those who have served their country in the past, but the many serving today.
