Rocky woman, 88, hit by trolley on Stockland escalater

UPDATE 6PM: A spokesman for the Queensland Ambulance Service says a woman, 88, was treated for minor injuries after a trolley struck her at Stockland Rockhampton earlier today.

The spokesman said officers helped the woman who had suffered minor skin tears in the collision, which reportedly occured on an escalater.

He said the woman was not hospitalised.

EARLIER: Emergency services are responding to a report of a woman being hit by a trolley on an escalator at Stockland Rockhampton.

The woman is believed to be 88-years-old.

Details about any injuries are not known a this time.

The incident happened near the ANZ entry.
