Roll on in Melbourne

THERE is no denying that Miss Chu is the queen of ricepaper rolls.

That may, in itself, be enough to rouse a crowd of Melbournians quenching a chili hit and a new dining haunt.

It should be known, however, that Miss Chu is also the queen of many other splendid Vietnamese delights.

The spinach and tofu dumplings are of the melt-in-your-mouth kind, and the wagyu beef pho definitely rivals its less hip Victoria street rivals.

And while nobody likes to admit that this cute little eatery graced Sydney’s shores before our own, its ‘Dial-a-dumpling’ service is more than a redeeming quality.

Miss Chu is unmissable.
