Safer Mt Morgan water

A $60,000 investment will improve the consistency of Mount Morgan's drinking water.

A fully automated rechlorination system is being installed to replace a manually operated system. Fitzroy River Water says when it is working the new technology will improve safety and reliability.

The project is due to be complete by April, weather permitting.
