Snacking with Sally: How to eat better

IT'S great that you've started curbing your 3.30-itis with a piece of fruit. However, it is important to be aware that fruit is still a form of sugar - yes the good kind, but like anything it should be eaten in moderation.

This week, set aside a little preparation time to cut up some carrot and celery vegie sticks and pair them with a handful of nuts for a little added protein and good fats.

For those with a sweet tooth, dates filled with almond butter are high in vitamins and minerals and are a fantastic way of hitting your sweet spot.
