Sophie Monk on nude photo shoot with Playboy magazine

SHE isn't shy when it comes to being in front of a camera.

But actor, singer and Bachelorette Sophie Monk says that despite appearing on the cover of some of the world's biggest mens' magazines, there's one photoshoot in particular that was her most "awkward".

Speaking of her 2014 topless shoot with Playboy, the 37-year-old said walking around naked on set was like a bad "dream".

"You know when you're in a dream and all of a sudden you look down and your clothes aren't on?" she told Jules Sebastian on Youtube series, Tea with Jules.

😁 I just crapped in my pants a little bit. I forgot my dad learnt google this year.

"The first time you're taking it [clothes] off, you're like really? But by the end you're so relaxed."

When questioned by Sebastian - who is married to singer Guy Sebastian - about whether she had any remorse surrounding the photoshoot, Monk explained how her only regret was that the room was too warm.

"You know when your nipples are really warm nipples?," she asked Sebastian.

"Usually they are always erect ... but it was really warm so they looked ... very 70s."

Monk - who will make her debut as The Bachelorette in Wednesday's premiere of the reality dating show on Channel 10 - recalled the moment she witnessed a taxi driver looking at her nudes while she travelled as a passenger.

"[I thought] this is not normal that you're looking at me naked ... but it's kind of legal isn't it," she said.

"Most things I do are impulsive decisions, and I just go with my gut reaction. But I just thought why not [with the Playboy shoot]?

"I always thought Vogue and Playboy ... they are two of the biggest magazines growing up for me. So I was like 'why not'?"
