Squad for bowls state title chosen

LAWN BOWLS: Representing your area is an honour in any sport and lawn bowls is no exception.

The Central Queensland District Men’s Bowling Association has announced its squad which will travel to the Sunshine Coast in May and represent CQ at the State District Championship.

Needless to say the powerful North Rockhampton and Yeppoon clubs are well represented in the squad of 16 players.

Nominations for the State Mixed Pairs close with The Secretary, CQDMBA, on February 10, with the play-offs to be held at North Rockhampton on March 20-21.
