Citimark reveals plans ahead of time for estate development
PLANS for the next stage of the Yeppoon Sea Haven Estates have finally been revealed due to popular demand.
Citimark who is in charge of the development plans on delivering 27 residential lots to cater for the growing community.
The stage four plans will include land parcel sizes from 622sqm to 1104sqm which will range in price from $166,000 to $226,000.
The company have confirmed architecturally-designed parklands will be added to the area as a part of the next stage.
Features of the parklands will include playgrounds, barbeque areas, walking, hiking and cycling trails.
Citimark's director of residential land Geoff McWilliam said the generous lots were some of the most unique offerings currently available in the region.
"There is a limited supply of larger residential blocks in Yeppoon, particularly ones that are so flat," he said.
"Situated just 5km from the town centre, the community is ideally located to take full advantage of its surrounding amenities."
"Sea Haven is only a few minutes' drive from local schools, public transport routes, shopping centres and the beach."
Mr. McWilliam said Citimark brought forward the fourth stage of Sea Haven off the back of escalating sales activity.
"Yeppoon is renowned for its subtropical climate and proximity to the Great Barrier Reef and buyers are starting to realise the capital growth potential here," he said.
"These are the best blocks you can purchase at Sea Haven and they are expected to sell fast."
A media spokes person from Citimark said the project and the push for stage four developments to start came from the public which is why they revealed their stage four plans sooner than expected.
The original unveiling dates for stage four are unknown.
Eventually the developers hope to see Sea Haven become a community comprising a football field, a commercial precinct and an education facility.
In the future Citimark has noted the expansive site can accommodate the delivery of up to 1500 future residential sites and a shopping centre.
