Rockhampton chef taking taste of Oz to UK
FROM working in a busy Italian restaurant in Rockhampton to working alongside some of the best chefs in the United Kingdom, Natalie Edwards has come a long way.
The 20-year-old Rockhampton woman, who formerly worked for Pacinos Italian Restaurant, is living a culinary dream since moving to the UK in January last year.
Ms Edwards, who currently works at The Belle Époque in Knutsford as a junior sous chef, will work alongside English chef Aiden Byrne at his Manchester House Restaurant and Lounge this week.
Ms Edwards said she was excited to work alongside My Byrne, who was the youngest international chef ever to win a Michelin Star.
"I'm really looking forward to working with incredibly talented chefs, and being part of the fantastic team for a week," she said.
