Telling world of tall tales at Isaac council libraries

ISAAC Regional Council libraries are inviting people to take part in a Share your Story competition and discover the myriad of possibilities a new library card can offer.

Mayor Anne Baker said May 20 to 26 was Library Information Week and the region's libraries would celebrate the event throughout the month.

"Drop in to the library, grab a Share your Story postcard, fill in your details and share your story in 50 words; hand it to your library officer and you will be in the running to win a Bookhouse book suppliers' prize."

Library and Information Week aims to raise the profile and role of libraries.
