There's a whole lot of luxury in this home

WHEN it comes to desirable homes, it's hard to go past a prize home.

And in recent years the Sunshine Coast has had more than its fair share.

The latest is a million-dollar Mountain Creek home being offered as first prize in Endeavour Foundation's New Year Lottery.

Just 10 minutes from the beach, the four-bedroom property also boasts three living areas, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a pergola adjacent to the stunning pool.

The indoor space has just as much to offer, with luxurious touches including a built-in wine rack and coffee machine, vintage video Atari gaming table, 40" flat screen TV and even a PS4 with two remote handsets and wireless gaming headphones.

If serenity is more your style, revel in the incredible feature wall of artwork by QArt artists with a disability, or simply retire to the sumptuous master bedroom, complete with a private balcony, ensuite and large walk-in robe.

Andrew Thomas, executive general manager of Supporter Enterprises with Endeavour Foundation, said every $10 ticket sold brought increased independence within the reach of people with a disability.

"Our lotteries fund Endeavour Foundation's At Home With Choices program, which builds modern, accessible houses so that people with a disability can have more choice about where and with whom they live, gain independence and develop living skills," he said.

"Ultimately, this beautiful home will help someone with a disability create a home of their own, pursuing the real possibilities within their own lives."

The property, in Yellow Fin Circuit, is now open for viewing.

People who purchase tickets by January 18 also go into an extra draw for a $4000 holiday to Lizard Island.
