Kicking up their heels

HERE is another Blast from the Past image from many years ago, that has been found in The Morning Bulletin's archives.

Again, it is unknown what year or where it was taken but hope you, our readers can help us shed light on the historic memory.

Tom Wyatt called in with a detailed observation about yesterday's Blast from the Past photograph of a bowls club and its members.

Tom suggested that it may be the Athelstane Bowls Club after noticing a particular kind of trees in the background of the photo.

"You can see the Bunya Pines in the background which is the Botanic Gardens, so it must be that bowls club," Tom said yesterday.

If you have any information about the photo please call The Morning Bulletin on 49 304 283.

We hope you enjoy these photos throughout 2012 as part of our Blast from the Past series.
