Thought Leadership business process - book review
THE author says Thought Leadership is nothing new and is an under-used business process to create and disseminate ideas.
It is a tool for business to strategically respond to changing markets and consumers. The book reflects on past research and historically recounts past use of the process before outlining how it works and how to implement it in business, complete with case studies. While academics will find this reference more useful than business people, there are a few practical gems for those in business.
