Toddler sent to hospital after savage dog attack

A YOUNG girl has been taken to hospital after she was bitten on the head by a dog in Toowoomba on Tuesday afternoon.

The toddler suffered a head injury in the attack at a private residence in Glenvale about 3pm.

Paramedics transported her to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
