Is this Australia's angriest McDonald's customer?

TOOWOOMBA could be home to one of McDonald's most disgruntled customers.

Jay and his wife have frequented Toowoomba stores for years and has a litany of complaints, but the gripes haven't stopped him from going back every time the clock ticks over to "mac time".

In a lengthy diatribe Jay claimed staff always forgot the sauce on his nuggets, didn't provide toys in Happy Meals and complains that there is no quality control. Jay is not "lovin' it".

A recent incident was the last straw for him.

A staff member at his workplace drove down to the Margaret St store and placed a (somewhat complicated) order including a request for barbecue sauce.

Jay claims the food bags were handed to him with "attitude" and that the order was all wrong.

What riled him up was that there was no barbecue sauce, no extra piece of chicken in the crispy noodle salad, no large crispy south west burger and no chips.

He says one Big Mac meal burger was missing and the brown bag with salad had chips loose in it with no packet.

He returned the bags of food and drinks back to the store and spilled the fifth cup on the way.

"I probably should have put the cup in my cup tray but I was in such a rush as I did not have the time to go to the store I did not think," he said.

Jay contends that "simply checking the order against what is in the bag" escaped the ability of the staff.

"It's something friends and staff have discussed and joked about that when you go you do not leave the window until you check your order," he said.

"It's almost a requirement that the staff will need to fix the order and it just saves driving around, parking and walking in."

His grievances didn't stop there.

He claims when he returned the order he was spoken to by someone "with attitude" and became so angry he had to leave the store, but not before he was asked "Is that my problem?"

Jay claims he wouldn't feed his dog with the food he was given.

He asked staff to remake the order which was done.

His epic remonstrance, which Jay admitted was the length  of War and Peace (a Russian classic more than 2200 pages long), didn't end there.

When he returned to work with the meal Jay claims the order was not remade and that the chips were soggy.

Woe to those who provide Jay with bad customer service.

He lodged a complaint with the company and says although they received his call, no further action has been taken.

Jay lambasted not only the Margaret St store but also other stores in town.
