Try a serve of Cheese and Biscuits at new cafe
STEVE and Jessica Allen spent three years travelling the world before picking Rockhampton to fulfil their culinary dream.
The pair of chefs has just opened Cheese and Biscuits Cafe on Frenchville Rd and said restaurants from France to Italy and England were behind some of the inspirations for the cafe.

Steve and Jessica said the timing was right for them when the building, formerly home to the business Bunches and Beans, came up for sale. Timing sure was everything for the 30-year-olds, as luck was on their side the day Cyclone Marcia hit.
Their stock was due to arrive that day, but was postponed due to the weather. They were thankful their stock didn't arrive early, as they would have lost it all in the aftermath of the cyclone.
"We taped up all the windows and hoped for the best," Jessica said.
The cafe near the Frenchville State School managed to survive the cyclone without a scratch.
The business opened last week and Steve and Jessica have been busier than they first anticipated.
They put it down to a good location and are thankful to customers posting about them on social media, which has helped to spread the word.
While customers are coming through the doors, Steve and Jessica are ready for the hard work of owning a new business.
"It's long days here, we start around 5am and finish up at 11pm, but it's worth it," Jessica said.
