Tugun dads on My Kitchen Rules shocked at nastiness
THE Tugun dads competing on telly show My Kitchen Rules say they have been shocked at the bitchiness of other contestants.
Paul Bullpitt and Blair Tonkin said they had no idea what some of the others were saying behind their backs until the watched the episodes with everyone else.
The pair, who are both teachers, told News Corp they were most surprised at WA contestants Chloe and Kelly.
"They came across as arrogant, well-travelled and that they backed themselves but the depth of the comments that we didn't get to hear has suprised me," Mr Bullpitt said.
Mr Tonkin said the girls may regret the mean things said.
The Tugun pair competed in the first round of instant restaurants, with the second round about to come to a close on Sunday.
Cairns contestant David seems to be taking the role of round sledger, finding it hard to say anything good about other meals despite having a shocker in the kitchen when he cooked.
Next week the show welcomes gatecrashers to the mix.
