Two hospitalised after car and truck collide

TWO people are in hospital after a car and truck collided at Westwood yesterday evening.

At 6.05pm, emergency services were called to reports of a vehicle and truck crash on the Capricorn Hwy and Evergreen Rd.

One of the people involved suffered a facial injury and a second person suffered a lower leg injury.

They were transported to Rockhampton Hospital in stable conditions.
