Two men break into Yeppoon bakery and spread faeces on walls

POLICE are on the hunt for two men who broke into a Yeppoon bakery and ransacked the premises.

The owner of the bakery told The Morning Bulletin the offenders had smeared excrement over the walls, poured sauce everywhere and cut computer cables.

The break-in took place some time before 4.15am on Saturday.

A police media spokesman said the two men tried to break into the James St bakery through the front door, but could not gain access.

They entered through the back of the premises.

More information in tomorrow's Morning Bulletin.
