Wallabies winched from 3m deep holes on the Capricorn Coast

FOUR wallabies had a lucky escape after falling into holes on a building site at Barlow's Hill in Yeppoon on Friday.

The holes were 3m deep and were meant for posts that had not yet been installed. The animals were winched to safety.
