WHAT’S ON: Holiday fun for children of all ages
TODAY:
March 30: From 11am to 12pm the FLOW centre will hold a caring for animal's session called Adventures of a Wildlife Doctor
March 30: A Wii Mario Kart Tournament will take off at the North Rockhampton Library form 10am to 12pm. Bookings are essential, phone 4936 8043.
March 30: All Aboard for school holiday fun at the Archer Park Rail Museum. Ride the Purrey Steam Train and other fun activities. The event will run from 10am to 1pm. Children (18 mths and over) will cost $8.50, one adult free per family, extra adults $5.80
TOMORROW:
March 31: Funzone kid's day will take place from 10am until 1pm. 10 minute laser tag missions are run throughout the session . The arcade will be free to play for the session. Maximum of 60 tickets available. $20 / Member $25 / Non Member.
April 1: The 2015 Under 14 Rhys Wesser Dream, Believe, Achieve Super 9s Shield will be held over the Easter holidays. For more info contact 0428 113 148 or bridget2707@westnet.com.au
THE WEEKEND:
April 3: Festival of the Wind is a free family day out and is based on the art of kite flying. On the day there will be plenty of beach games, competitions, market stalls, rides and entertainment. The event begins at 10am and will continue on until sunset.
April 4: City Centre Plaza Rockhampton will be holding create your own bear workshopsuntil Saturday April 9. This activity will run from 9.30am until 4pm. Choose from a variety of furry friends, stuff them, name them and receive a teddy bear birth certificate.
April 5 : Stockland Rockhampton will have free face painting until Friday April 8. This will take place outside of the coffee club from 11am until 2pm.
April 6: Go along to the FLOW centre and see, or even touch a shingle back lizard, blue-tongue lizard, bearded dragon, snakes, storr's pygmy monitor and freshwater turtles. Sessions run from 11am to 12pm and 12.30pm until 1.30pm.

April 9: Youth movies will be held at the Yeppoon town hall from 4pm until 9.30pm. Cost is $5 per person. Contact 49133840 for more information.
April 9: The Cap Coast Youth Planning Committee invites you to celebrate Youth Week - FurtureUStic. There are Laser skirmish games organised (booking essential on 4913 3840), arts in the park and workshops along with an outdoor family movie from 7pm.
