White out of Wallabies contention with shoulder injury
WALLABIES coach Robbie Deans won't be reading Nic White's name out when he announces the final six players to join his squad tomorrow.
The Brumbies scrumhalf is out of contention after being ruled out four weeks with a small shoulder fracture he suffered in Friday's Super Rugby win over the Rebels.
White's misfortune could open the door for 37-Test rep Luke Burgess to be the third halfback behind Will Genia and Nick Phipps.
Burgess came off the bench on Friday night to make his debut for the Rebels against the Brumbies after spending two years with French club Toulouse.
