LOOKING for a sport that you can really get the swing of?

Why not touch base with your local Rockhampton District Softball Association?

Established in the region in the mid 1960s the sport has been a popular past time for many Central Queenslanders for more than half a century.

Today Rockhampton District Softball Association have up to 250 players aged from as young as three to 64 years of age.

The sport has also been known for its worldly representation with four athletes from Rockhampton competing in the Olympics.

Rocky Softball is a family orientated sport, that is proud to be the cheapest sport available to juniors under 12 in the CQ region.

Playing in the same location every week is an added benefit.

Kele Park has been the home of softball since 1987. At the beginning of the season we have sign on days which will be advertised for people to attend and enquire.

We have had a number of teams compete in state titles and even Masters each year.

Rocky softball boasts some highly qualified and experienced coaches who have led Australian and Queensland teams to victory.

These coaches are working closely to develop the skills of our junior players.

Softball is a Level 3 good sports accredited association and promotes healthy initiatives and being active to build self development and confidence.
