Woman claimed her drink was spiked after caught drug driving

A WOMAN who told police she suspected her drink had been laced with methamphetamine was fined $500 in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

Christine Carol Richardson pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence of drugs after police caught her at 2.50am on December 19.

She told police she had been to a party and expected methamphetamine had been put in her drink.

Richardson was disqualified from driving for three months.
