Woman gets ticket for wearing Google Glass while driving

A GOOGLE Glass tester has been busted by police for wearing her new-age technology while driving.

Cecilia Abadie, a so-called Glass Explorer, was given a driving ticket for the infringement by police in California.

Ms Abadie posted a photo of the ticket on Google+, showing she was officially cautioned for "driving with monitor visible to driver (Google Glass)".

Part of the caption of the photo reads "Is #GoogleGlass illegal while driving or is this cop wrong?"

Google Glass has already been banned from a number of places in the US, including bars, casinos and cinemas.

Ms Abadie confessed she was also speeding, which was the reason she was pulled over in the first place.
