Woman hospitalised after late night car smash

A WOMAN is recovering in Rockhampton Hospital this morning following a late night crash in Wandal.

About 10.20pm, emergency services were called to the intersection of North St and Murray Sts following reports two vehicles had collided.

The Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed a woman aged in her 50s was transported to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.

A Queensland Police spokeswoman confirmed police crews also attended the accident.
