Rocky woman shares secrets on feeling like a million bucks

LATEESHIA Richardson knows what it costs to look and feel a million dollars.

The Rockhampton woman happily spends a few hundred dollars each month on beauty products.

"Depending on what type and how long of a massage, I'd spend anywhere from $45-$200 for a treatment," Lateeshia explained.

But now she is turning her passion into a new business, Flawless Beauty.

She says it's the first day spa of its kind in her home town.

"I'm very passionate about health and well being in general," the 28-year-old said.

"It all goes hand in hand; you spend a lot of time doing beauty treatments, eating well and working out.''

After training to become a beautician in 2007, Lateeshia started working from her house, eventually moving to a shop in Thozet Rd.

She said she had made the move after seeing a gap in the market.

The new business opens on Sunday offering a range of services including workouts, massage, hair cut and spray tans.
