Young Raiders probed for behaviour on Qantas flight

CANBERRA is looking into reports of disruptive behaviour from its under-20s side on a Qantas flight on Sunday night.

Qantas is investigating what happened as the players flew from Brisbane to Canberra after their final match of the season on the Sunshine Coast.

Fairfax is reporting the unruly behaviour forced cabin crew to suspend the service of alcohol on the 90-minute QantasLink flight.

"We're investigating reports of disruptive behaviour on one of our flights from Brisbane to Canberra on Sunday night," a Qantas spokeswoman told Fairfax media.

The club said through a spokesperson it was aware of the Qantas probe of the alleged incident - which did not require federal police to be called - and had notified the NRL's integrity unit.

The Raiders beat the Storm 24-22 in their lsat game in the national youth competition, which Canberra won in 2008.
