Youth wreak havoc in aircon ducts as prison locks down
A juvenile who scaled down the roof of a Townsville detention centre has been arrested, as four others wreak havoc through the ceiling.
Reports indicate the juveniles have busted a plumbing pipe and water was gushing from the ceiling inside the locked-down centre.
Police reported the juveniles were moving in and out of the air conditioning ducts and a man hole that connected two accommodation wings.
Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed they have treated no patients yet as multiple prison officers had to be escorted out by police.

Multiple Townsville Police officers have formed an extended boundary around the centre and called in the dog squad to patrol the area.
The youths are reportedly throwing items off the roof.
