We wish to extend a sincere thankyou to the Queensland Ambulance Paramedics - Nick, Ruth and Nick and the staff of Emergency Acute and Med 3 Acute who cared for Jim on the 23rd of October.
The wonderful caring doctors and nurses and everyone at Palliative Care Centre who were so kind to us until Jim passed away peacefully on the 28th of October.
Jim donated his body to JCU Human Bequest Program.
Thank you also to all our family and friends who have been so supportive at this sad time.
